Consent to the processing of personal data

Purpose of processing:

Membership records, maintenance of the member database, organization of club activities (for example participation in events, communication with members, and records of contribution payments), and fulfillment of obligations arising from internal rules and applicable legal regulations.

Scope of processed data:

First name and surname, date of birth, birth number, home address, email, telephone number, where applicable details of the legal guardian for persons under 18 years of age, and records of paid contributions and participation in club activities.

Retention period:

Personal data will be retained for the duration of membership and for a maximum of 3 years after its termination, unless a longer period is required by law.

Legal basis of processing:

Consent of the data subject pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

Disclosure of personal data to third parties:

Data may be disclosed only to public authorities or partner organizations if this is necessary to fulfill legal or contractual obligations (for example sports associations, insurance providers, or grant providers), always only to the minimum extent necessary.

Rights of the data subject:

The data subject has the right:

• to access their personal data,
• to rectification or erasure,
• to restriction of processing,
• to data portability,
• to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal,
• to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

Statement of the member / legal guardian

By this statement, I grant Kolibris, z.s. consent to process the personal data listed above for the stated purposes, within the stated scope and for the stated period. I have been informed of my rights under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
